Returns & Refunds:

At Flat Stacks we really stand behind our product, we're a family business and we love the Flat Stacks and use them every day and we believe that you will love them as much as we do. However, if you're unhappy with your Flat Stacks for any reason you can return them within 30 days for a full refund.

Warranty:

Flat Stacks are built to last and are backed by our 12-month warranty against defects including cracking, splitting, chipping and fair-use breakages. If you buy directly from our site we extend the warranty to 5 years (this is not available for items purchased from Amazon or other retailers).

Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including cuts or chewing, scratches, stains, odours, warping and melting from improper use including being placed in the oven, touching the stove or dishwasher elements.

Love them!!!

These are fabulous and fit so much!! My mum came to visit and now she’s buying some too!

They are ok, but the lids are super painful to lock or close. Food drips out it, not careful. Also, if you put in a dishwasher, they change like a little bit melts.

Very happy with my purchase. Great investment. I will definitely be increasing my collection

I now have a very tidy cupboard and I can reach for the container I want every time! No fishing for lids! Highly recommend excellent quality and colours are cheerful as well.
